| The shake roofed building tucked amongst the vineyard rows has evolved from a small winery with a few fermenting tanks and aging barrels to a state-of-the-art facility designed for the specific needs of each of the grape varietals we produce, but tailored specifically for Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Zinfandel. We consider each step of the winemaking process an opportunity to showcase the distinctive flavours contained within our carefully cultivated grapes. | This Zinfandel is smooth and velvety with generous berry flavours and rich layers of spice. It was created with fruit from the Russian River Valley and other carefully selected premium wine growing regions in California. It is a balanced, full-bodied wine with a bright, clean finish. An excellent accompaniment to beef pot pie or sausages with grilled onions. |
