| This wine combines marsanne from the Calgardup Brook and McLeod Creek Vineyards, chardonnay from Rocky Road and rousanne from McLeod Creek. A 'hands off' approach is used in the making of this wine. Primary characters are those of the grape with added complexity from barrel fermentation, partial use of indigenous yeast and aging on lees. | ||
