| Winemaking proceeds with minimal interference where, as much as possible, the grapes gently turn themselves into wine. | ||
| This is an expertly crafted wine showing restraint and control that's been nicely focused on a long palate. There's richness which comes from some excellent fruit that's been worked with malolactic fermentation and a touch of wild yeast. Aromas show a lovely grapefruit and cereal character. The palate is perfectly balanced with a harmonious mix of fruit and oak seamlessly intergrated. The structure and mouth feel are superb with textural and lingering flavours strong features. A very classy wine. |
