| The use of natural yeasts and maturation in French oak contribute character and complexity to the varietal fruit flavours of this wine. Vibrant, cherry red, this wine has attractive aromas of floral cherries and fresh strawberries with hints of vanilla bean on the nose. It is light to medium bodied, but still generous with texture and softness. There are flavours of plum and gentle red berries, then finishing with a delicate earthiness and fine powdery tannins.I | ||
| It is best consumed with gamey meats (duck and venison), but will also complement a range of exotic Asian influenced foods. It will age well for 3 – 5 years. |
