Williams Gin - Chase Distillery

It is a relatively unknown fact that gin is made out of vodka, so when we set out to make our fine gin we needed the perfect vodka. So after much experimenting, we have turned our organic cider apples, grown on our estate, into apple chase vodka and distilled that into this elegantly crisp gin to make the perfect gin martini (because real martinis are made from gin!).
Each batch is distilled 100 times by passing twice through our copper pot and unique 70 foot column, with its 42 bubble plates, then finished in our pretty little Carter Head style still, 'Ginny', to give you a gin with tears and a perfect pedigree.
Gently infused with our choice of wild botanicals and naturally pure water from our aquifer that runs under our orchards, our gin captures the true taste of juniper, highlighted by the sweetness of apples, elderflower and hops.
